Seafood, atau makanan laut, sering dianggap sebagai pilihan sehat karena kandungan protein dan lemak baiknya. Namun, tidak semua jenis seafood aman bagi penderita diabetes. Artikel ini akan membahas daftar seafood yang sebaiknya dihindari oleh penderita diabetes agar tetap sehat.<\/p>\n<h3>Mengapa Memperhatikan Pilihan Seafood Itu Penting?<\/h3>\n<p>Penderita diabetes sering kali menghadapi risiko komplikasi kesehatan, termasuk penyakit jantung dan masalah ginjal. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk menghindari makanan yang dapat memperburuk kondisi ini. Seafood tertentu dapat mengandung kadar merkuri tinggi atau natrium yang berbahaya, sehingga perlu dihindari.<\/p>\n<h3>Daftar Seafood yang Harus Dihindari Penderita Diabetes<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h4>Ikan King Mackerel<\/h4>\n<p>Ikan king mackerel dikenal memiliki kandungan merkuri yang tinggi. Mengonsumsi ikan ini dapat mengganggu kontrol gula darah dan meningkatkan risiko kerusakan saraf pada penderita diabetes. Oleh karena itu, sebaiknya hindari ikan ini sama sekali.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Ikan Todak<\/h4>\n<p>Ikan todak juga memiliki kadar merkuri yang jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan ikan lainnya. Kandungan merkuri pada ikan todak dapat memicu masalah kesehatan serius, terutama bagi penderita diabetes.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Ikan Hiu<\/h4>\n<p>Daging ikan hiu mengandung logam beracun seperti merkuri dalam kadar tinggi. Selain itu, ikan hiu juga bisa membawa racun laut yang berbahaya.
