Namun, di balik kelezatannya, terdapat efek samping yang perlu diwaspadai jika dikonsumsi secara berlebihan.<\/p>\n<h3>Kandungan Kari Kambing<\/h3>\n<p>Kari kambing mengandung protein, lemak, karbohidrat, serat, gula, sodium, dan kalium, serta vitamin B dan zat besi. Daging kambing sendiri kaya akan protein dan nutrisi seperti zat besi dan vitamin B, sementara santan (yang sering digunakan dalam kari kambing) memberikan lemak sehat.<\/p>\n<h3>Manfaat Kesehatan dari Kari Kambing<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Sumber Protein Berkualitas Tinggi<\/h4>\n<p>Daging kambing adalah sumber protein hewani yang kaya akan asam amino esensial. Protein ini sangat penting untuk membangun serta memperbaiki jaringan tubuh, dan juga mendukung fungsi otot serta sistem kekebalan tubuh.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Kaya akan Zat Besi dan Vitamin B12<\/h4>\n<p>Kari kambing mengandung zat besi dan vitamin B12 yang tinggi, dua nutrisi penting dalam produksi sel darah merah dan pencegahan anemia. Kekurangan kedua zat ini dapat mengakibatkan kelelahan dan kesulitan dalam berkonsentrasi.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Mendukung Kesehatan Jantung<\/h4>\n<p>Walaupun daging kambing tergolong sebagai daging merah, namun kandungan lemak jenuhnya lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan daging sapi. Selain itu, daging kambing juga mengandung omega-3 yang berperan dalam menjaga kesehatan jantung dan mengurangi peradangan.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Manfaat Rempah-rempah<\/h4>\n<p>Rempah-rempah seperti kunyit, jahe, dan bawang putih yang digunakan dalam kari kambing memiliki sifat anti-inflamasi dan antioksidan.
