Dengan tekstur yang kenyal dan rasa yang khas, cumi-cumi menjadi pilihan favorit di berbagai hidangan. Namun, selain kelezatannya, cumi-cumi menyimpan berbagai manfaat kesehatan yang mungkin belum banyak diketahui\/.<\/p>\n<h3>Kandungan Nutrisi Cumi-Cumi<\/h3>\n<p>Cumi-cumi mengandung berbagai nutrisi penting yang mendukung kesehatan tubuh. Dalam 100 gram cumi-cumi, terdapat sekitar 92 kalori, 15,58 gram protein, dan 1,38 gram lemak. Selain itu, cumi-cumi juga mengandung vitamin B12, selenium, fosfor, dan asam lemak omega-3.<\/p>\n<h3>Manfaat Cumi-Cumi untuk Kesehatan Tubuh<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Meningkatkan Sistem Imun Tubuh<\/h4>\n<p>Protein, selenium, zinc, serta vitamin A dan C dalam cumi-cumi membantu meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh. Dengan imunitas yang kuat, tubuh menjadi lebih tahan terhadap infeksi dan penyakit.<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Memperkuat Tulang dan Gigi<\/h4>\n<p>Kalsium, fosfor, dan magnesium dalam cumi-cumi sangat penting untuk menjaga kekuatan tulang dan gigi.
