Banyak penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan erat antara screen time dan gangguan tidur.<\/p>\n<h3>Apa Itu Screen Time?<\/h3>\n<p>Screen time adalah waktu yang dihabiskan seseorang untuk melihat layar elektronik, seperti ponsel, komputer, tablet, dan televisi. Di sisi lain, gangguan tidur adalah kondisi di mana seseorang mengalami kesulitan untuk memulai atau mempertahankan tidur yang nyenyak dan berkualitas.<\/p>\n<h3>Jenis Gangguan Tidur yang Sering Terjadi<\/h3>\n<p>Gangguan tidur yang umum terjadi meliputi insomnia, tidur yang tidak nyenyak, dan gangguan ritme sirkadian.
