Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan jaminan sosial kepada pekerja yang tidak tercover oleh perusahaan, termasuk pengemudi ojek online (ojol)<\/p>\n<h3>Apa Itu Program Perlindungan Pekerja Rentan?<\/h3>\n<p>Program ini adalah hasil kerjasama antara Pemko Medan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan perlindungan bagi pekerja yang tidak memiliki jaminan sosial dari tempat mereka bekerja. Melalui program ini, para pekerja yang rentan akan menerima dua jenis keuntungan utama:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja (JKK): Menyediakan perlindungan bagi pekerja yang mengalami kejadian kecelakaan saat bekerja.<\/li>\n<li>Jaminan Kematian (JKM): Memberikan kompensasi kepada ahli waris jika pekerja meninggal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sumber dana untuk program ini berasal dari sebagian kecil Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) serta Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang diberikan oleh perusahaan swasta.<\/p>\n<h3>Perlindungan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk Pekerja Rentan di Medan<\/h3>\n<p>Pekerja rentan adalah mereka yang bekerja di sektor informal dan belum memiliki perlindungan sosial yang memadai. Di Medan, selain ojol, pekerja rentan meliputi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Pelayan masyarakat<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Guru mengaji dan guru sekolah minggu<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Pengurus rumah ibadah<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Penggali kubur<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Nelayan<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Non ASN lainnya<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Manfaat Perlindungan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan bagi Pekerja Rentan<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4>Perlindungan Finansial saat terjadi risiko kecelakaan atau kematian.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Kepastian Hak Sosial yang selama ini sulit diakses pekerja sektor informal.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Dukungan Pendidikan bagi ahli waris melalui beasiswa hingga jenjang S1.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4>Meningkatkan Kesejahteraan dan rasa aman dalam bekerja.<\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wali Kota Medan, Rico Tri Putra Bayu Waas, menekankan pentingnya program ini sebagai bentuk perhatian pemerintah terhadap pekerja rentan.
