Terbuat dari singkong yang difermentasi, tape singkong memiliki rasa manis dengan sedikit asam dan aroma khas yang menggugah selera. Namun, di balik kelezatannya, tape singkong menyimpan berbagai manfaat kesehatan yang mungkin belum banyak diketahui<\/p>\n<h3>Apa Itu Tape Singkong?<\/h3>\n<p>Tape singkong adalah singkong yang difermentasi menggunakan ragi sehingga menghasilkan rasa manis dan tekstur lembut. Proses fermentasi ini juga meningkatkan kandungan nutrisi seperti vitamin B12, asam laktat, dan probiotik yang bermanfaat untuk tubuh.<\/p>\n<h3>Kandungan Gizi dalam Tape Singkong<\/h3>\n<p>Dalam 100 gram tape singkong terdapat sekitar 169 kalori, karbohidrat kompleks, vitamin C, vitamin B12, kalsium, dan fosfor.
