The Daily Board of Trustees (BPH) has duly considered the concerns the Muhammadiyah Central Executive expressed.

a. Goals:

• Assist UMSU executives in effectively managing their organization by providing helpful guidance and suggestions.
• Work collaboratively with them to create a comprehensive Annual Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan.
• Join forces with both the Senate and UMSU leadership in developing a well-structured Development Master Plan (RIP) and Statutes.
• Present a detailed report to the Muhammadiyah Central Executive.

b. Granted authorization to:

• BPH oversees the appointment and dismissal of lecturers and academic staff.
• BPH provides support and guidance for successfully implementing UMSU, and
• BPH conducts training and development sessions for Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan at UMSU.

c. Responsibility

• The role requires the responsibility of appointing and dismissing educators and education staff.
• The BPH is supervising the execution of UMSU.
• The BPH group comprises 5 to 9 individuals, comprising administration heads, skilled higher education professionals, and community leaders with a solid understanding of education and the organization.
