The Muhammadiyah Central Leadership Diktilitbang Council, together with the Muhammadiyah Higher Education Communication Sciences Association (APIK) held a Public Relations Development Workshop for Muhammadiyah ‘Aisyiyah Universities (PTMA) throughout Indonesia at the Grand Rohan Hotel, Yogyakarta, Thursday (4/8).
Muhammadiyah Central Leadership Diktilitbang Council, Prof. Dr. H. Widodo Muktiyo said that Public Relations is communication management that distributes oxygen to all stakeholders, both internal and external, to the campus, it is in line with the function we aspire to.
Meanwhile, the General Chairperson of APIK PTMA said that this training is expected to improve PR performance at PTMA. “It is hoped that the PTMA Campus will be increasingly known to the public and can compete by building a good reputation,” said Himawan Sutanto.
47 PTMAs from various provinces attended this Batch II Public Relations Development Workshop. This workshop included speakers from multiple media practitioners and academics from well-known universities. (Al-Wafi)
