Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara held character training and applied approach (AA) followed by 120 UMSU lecturers, which was held for three days at the UMSU Main Campus.
The activity, which was opened directly by the Rector of UMSU, Prof. Dr. Agussani M.AP, on Wednesday (20/4), was a collaboration with Universitas Negeri Medan. The Pekerti -AA Program is a training program designed by the Directorate General of Higher Education to improve the educational competence of lecturers.
Through Pekerti and AA training, it is hoped that the lecturers participating in this training will acquire basic knowledge of instructional techniques and design, implement and evaluate learning systems.
The activity, which was held for four days, was attended by the Rector of Universitas Negeri Medan(UNIMED), Dr. Syamsul Gultom M.Kes, and presenting speakers from Unimed, including Prof. Dr. Syawal Gultom, M.Pd, Dr. Restu, MS, Prof. Dr. Martina Restuati, M.si, Prof. Drs.
