Medan, lecturers and students from Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara in collaboration with the Branch Leaders of the Muhammadiyah Student Association Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan Jl. Mandala By Pass No. 140 A Medan held a training to improve Fardu Kifayah’s understanding through comic media.
The service program for MAM students that took place last Saturday (11/6) is expected to be more exciting, attractive, and easy for students to understand. The issue of fardu kifayah must be taught early so that students understand the procedures for implementing the fardu kifayah. Due to many cases, the younger generation does not understand the guidelines for implementing fardu kifayah properly and correctly.
Robie Fanreza initiated the UMSU Lecturer Service Partnership Program, M.Pd.I, Winarti, M.Pd, Student Imam Setiawan and Annisa Medina Sari to provide students with an understanding of fardu kifayah through comic media. Also present on occasion was the General Chairperson of the Muhammadiyah Student Association Branch of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan Ipmawan Muhammad Dimas Afandi and other daily administrators.
In his speech, he said that this activity is part of the organization’s work program and provides opportunities for students to increase their understanding of fardu kifayah.
This activity was opened by the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan Ummi Nunung Nuraningsih, S.Pd, MM said that fardu kifayah in taking care of corpses is a material that must be continuously improved on students to increase understanding and make an impression on their minds so that they are expected to be able to carry out fardu kifayah in the family and surrounding environment.
“As the head of the madrasa, I am pleased with the service activities of UMSU lecturers who provide training activities to increase understanding about fadu kifayah,” explained Nunung.
UMSU PKPM Team Leader Robie Fanreza, M.Pd.I when met stated that this service activity was a program of coaching for students in understanding the importance of fardu kifayah material.
“Usually, fardu kifayah material is presented with a book that seems monotonous to students. But, sometimes it makes them bored to read it so the comics presented through this training give a different impression. And make students not bored with the display in the form of comic media, “explained the head of the UMSU lecturer partnership and dedication program team.
