The Medan City Diniyah Takmiliyah Communication Forum (FKDT) held a friendly visit to OIF UMSU to explore the development of astronomy (astronomy) and insight into the universe for the MDTA level in Medan City under the auspices of the Medan City FKDT.
This idea began with the communication from the Head of OIF UMSU, Dr. Arwin Juli Rakhmadi Butar-Butar, MA, with Satria Utama, SE (secretary of the Al-Muslimin Madrasah Foundation, Jl. M.idris Gg. Madrasah No. 18 Medan).
Also present in the Medan City FKDT group were Bardansyah Nst, S.HI, S.Pd.I (Chairman of the Medan City FKDT DPC), Gumilang Wibowo, M.Pd (Secretary of the MEDAN CITY DPC FKDT), Khollid Dly, S.Ag, S.Pd.I (Secretary of the North Sumatra FKDT DPW), Mhd. Yani (Deputy Chairman of the Medan City FKDT DPC), Yusrizal Nur, S.Psi (Deputy Secretary of the Medan City FKDT DPC), and Satria Utama, SE (Secretary of the Medan Al-Muslimin Madrasah Foundation).
The purpose of this friendship is to explore efforts to include learning content about astronomy and the universe with light and exciting explanations for Madrasah Diniyah students and introduce God’s creation of the universe and its benefits to humans.
The material and technical cooperation will still be further designed and discussed by the two parties and will then be formalized as an MoU collaboration. In this case, OIF UMSU will act as a teacher or trainer for teachers whom FKDT will prepare regarding insights into astronomy and the universe with a measurable timeframe and targets.
