Prof. Dr. Maya Sari, M.Si., CA., a distinguished lecturer from Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) who was recently appointed as a professor in accounting in 2025, has been invited to serve as a Visiting Lecturer at Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) in Vietnam. She is one of UMSUโs leading faculty members and currently serves as Secretary of the Master of Accounting Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business. This academic engagement took place from Sunday to Wednesday, April 20โ30, 2025.
During her stay in Vietnam, Prof. Maya will teach and share insights on a range of strategic subjects including Accounting Practice, Financial Risk Management, International Accounting & Payment, Management Accounting, Software Application in Accounting, and Principles of Accounting. Her participation at this international partner institution is part of UMSUโs broader initiative to strengthen its global academic network.
Dong Nai Technology University (DNTU) is one of the leading higher education institutions in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, with a focus on vocational education, technology, business, and management. Known for its active international collaborations, DNTU partners with various institutions across Southeast Asia. Prof. Maya Sariโs presence as a guest lecturer at DNTU reflects the growing academic partnership between UMSU and DNTU aimed at fostering cross-border knowledge and experience exchange.
