Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara denied reports of fraud, embezzlement, and articles of embezzlement in office at the Police of Sumatera Utara and stated that they were ready to face the legal process.
The Director of the UMSU Legal Aid Bureau, Faisal Riza, SH, M H, revealed that his party had received power of attorney from the Rector of UMSU, Prof. Dr. Agussani, MAP to respond to reports by UMSU Permanent Lecturers, Dr. Gunawan, MTh to the North Sumatra Regional Police. “Currently, the legal team is preparing legal steps to address the report because it is not true,” he told journalists in Medan Wednesday (15/3).
He explained that the UMSU Legal Team was studying the main issues reported by the permanent lecturer. Furthermore, the legal team is also collecting evidence to face the report by the unscrupulous lecturer to the North Sumatra Police,” he said
