As a follow-up to a visit to the United States in the US-ASEAN University Connections Initiative Program, UMSU, and Babson College Boston USA held a virtual meeting to build partnerships Friday (17/3).
The meeting was attended by Vice Rector III UMSU for Student Affairs, Alumni and Collaboration Dr. Rudianto, M.Si, Director of Collaboration at Babson College University and College, Jean Ann Schulte, Head of UMSU OIC Rafikah N Rizky, MA, UMSU Puskiibi Manager Yudha Ardiansyah and Yayuk Haulina.
The meeting of the two institutions focused on plans for cooperation in the field of entrepreneurship; Babson College has the advantage of being one of the most superior campuses in the United States.
While UMSU is known to be very serious about developing entrepreneurship, not only as curricular activities but also as co-curricular activities, UMSU even has a very representative business incubator and entrepreneurial gallery.
UMSU Vice Rector III Dr. Rudianto, M.Si, said that UMSU was very proud to have the opportunity to partner with a leading campus from the United States, especially in the field of entrepreneurship. This virtual meeting can be continued with implementation activities beneficial for entrepreneurship development.
Meanwhile, Director of Collaboration at Babson College Jean Ann Schulte said he was pleased to meet UMSU representatives. He felt a warm and friendly welcome. Opportunities for collaboration are very open, especially since UMSU is serious about managing and developing entrepreneurship. This is in line with what Babson College has always excelled in.
“In the future, there will be many programs that we can carry out together between Babson College and UMSU,” he said.
