Police Inspector General Prof. Dr. H. Dadang Hartanto S.H., S.I.K., M.Si, Inspector Widyaiswara Utama Sespim Lemdiklat Polri, as well as a lecturer at Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, officially received a Decree (SK) on the appointment of Professors.
The Head of LLDikti Region 1 North Sumatra, Prof. Drs. Saiful Anwar Matondang, MA, submitted the decision letter. PhD., Monday (27/2) at the LLDikti Region 1 Office, Jl. Perfect No.8, Medan City.
Head of North Sumatra LLDikti, Prof. Drs. Saiful Anwar Matondang, MA. Ph.D., in his remarks and guidance, appreciated UMSU, which was committed and tried to encourage lecturers to achieve the rank of Professor.
UMSU continues to increase the number of professors as a commitment; of course, it cannot be separated from mutual support and enthusiasm.
He hoped that after Prof. Dadang, he would follow UMSU lecturers to get the highest academic achievement.
LLDikti Region 1 will continue to encourage all tertiary institutions to increase the number of professors, including UMSU, to add 3-4 professors this year.
“Thank you to UMSU for struggling to add professors; if possible, there will be appointments for professors every month,” he hoped.
The addition of the number of professors is welcomed with joy because it can add to the weight of UMSU as the first superior accredited private university on the island of Sumatra.
UMSU Rector Prof. Dr. Agussani, MAP, said that Prof. Dadang is listed as the 12th Professor at UMSU. As well as the only special lecturer with NIDK in LLDikti Region 1 who has the title of Professor.
Prof. Achievement Dadang became a Professor, in line with the UMSU roadmap, which continues to strive for educators to become Professors.
“Thank you to Police Inspector General Prof Dadang. This is an honor for us. Hopefully, the acquisition of this Professor can make the name of the Polri and UMSU agencies proud,” said Prof. Agussani.
