UMSU Rector Prof. Dr. Agussani, MAP, represented by WR III Dr. Rudianto, M.Si, released 193 students who passed the 6th batch of the Certified Independent Internship and Study (MSIB) program. The release was carried out online Saturday (17/2).
Based on a report from MSIB PIC Lufriansyah, M.Ak, 193 students comprised 97 Certified Internship students, and 96 Independent Study students spread across 41 partner companies. He also said the UMSU MBKM team has coordinated with partners regarding conversion.
Then, WR III Dr. Rudianto, when releasing MSIB participants, said that getting the opportunity to qualify for the MSIB program is challenging. The high level of competition must undoubtedly be grateful to students who have successfully passed.
“Congratulations and success to fellow students who passed; this is a beneficial step for you in carrying out lectures. Hopefully, it will run smoothly and gain meaningful experience,” said WR III.
Dr. Rudianto also said there are at least two critical reasons why UMSU students must take part in this program, namely, the right of students to study off campus for two semesters and UMSU strongly encouraging students to participate in MBKM.
“Friends no longer have to worry about lectures because the conversion system is straightforward. The knowledge given in the independent study program is costly,” said Dr. Rudianto.
Meanwhile, Robiyatul Adawiyah, a Faculty of Islamic Religion student who passed this program and represented other participants, thanked UMSU for providing opportunities for all students to participate in MBKM activities.
“Alhamdulillah, I passed the Independent Study at Orbit Kampus. A company whose concept is AI learning. I will study independently by doing several activities, one of which is making AI applications or models, “said Robiyatul.
This release was also attended online by the Head of the Student Affairs Bureau, Faculty Leaders throughout UMSU, and the UMSU MBKM team.
