The Faculty of Teacher Training and Education of the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra (FKIP UMSU) released 10 students who will carry out International KKN in Thailand. The release was held on Saturday (11/2) in the courtyard of UMSU, Muchtar Basri Street No.3 Medan City.
Based on a report from the Dean of FKIP UMSU Dra. Hj Syamsuyurnita, M.Pd, the 10 students were 8 from the English Study Program and 2 from the PGSD Study Program.
International KKN is carried out for one month. Therefore, UMSU Vice Chancellor 1, Prof. Dr. Muhammad Arifin Gultom, M.Hum, told International KKN students to maintain a good name for themselves and the University and their health during KKN.
“To our children who will participate in the International KKN, keep the good name of themselves and the University. Adjust to the conditions in other countries and maintain good communication there,” said Prof. Arifin.
Arifin also reminded KKN International students to consider the surrounding culture, especially in countries with different thoughts, behaviors, values, and cultures.
The Dans of FKIP UMSU and LKUI to PLP Assistance Lecturers also attended this release.
