The UMSU OIF team again measured the Qibla direction of Muhammadiyah mosques throughout Batu Bara. This measurement is a request from the PDM of Batu Bara Regency with letter number 268/III.O/A/2022, which was entered on January 31, 2022.
Muhammad Yusri, the chairman of the Batu Bara PDM, said that accuracy and measurement were efforts for the accuracy of the Qibla direction of the mosques in Batu Bara Regency under the Batu Bara PDM.
This Qibla measurement agenda is a routine schedule of OIF UMSU, which is intended for only mosques in the Unity of Muhammadiyah and all North Sumatra mosques.
The UMSU OIF team who went directly to the field to measure the Qibla direction was Dr. Arwin Juli Rakhmadi Butar-Butar, MA (Head of OIF), Muhammad Hidayat, M.Pd. (OIF deputy head), Dimas Praslisetyo (OIF team), Roy Nanda Sinaga, SIKom (OIF team) and Suheri (driver).
The mosques whose Qiblas were measured and accurately measured were:
- Indrapura Taqwa Mosque, District of Air Putih
- Taqwa Mosque Desa Aras, District of Air Putih
- Taqwa Mosque Desa Simodong, District of. Sei Suka
- Taqwa Simp Mosque Simp. Dolok, District of Datuk Lima puluh
- Taqwa Mosque Tanjung Tiram, District of Tanjung Tiram
- Taqwa Mosque, Desa Perupuk, District of Lima puluh pesisir
- Taqwa Sei Balei Mosque, District of Sei Balei
